The projects completed have been extensive (46 tower floors at Australia Square, and at least 10 tower floors at Grosvenor Place) and varied, and in all cases the works required detailed engineering services coordination and the completion of complex and refined architectural detailing by many different trade subcontractors including stone masonry, glazing, joinery and metalworks. The works were all carried out in live environments – with sensitive tenant occupancies on floors adjoining the worksites.

QB Interiors have completed the architectural scope of all projects designed by us to a quality which exceeded our expectations.

“I have had the opportunity to work with QB Interiors on several fit-out and make good projects. I have consistently found their workmanship and management of each project to be of the highest caliber.

While at Deloitte, QB were responsible for the fit out and construction of 16,000m2 of office space at Grosvenor Place, as part of a Deloitte ‘rolling’ refurbishment project as well as the fit out and construction of Deloitte’s new offices (8,000m2) located in the Eclipse Tower in Parramatta. With Open Colleges, C18 managed and executed several make good projects in Sydney CBD.

Each of the projects were challenging with aggressive construction schedules and their own unique obstacles and every time, QB delivered the projects on time and on budget.

Their positive attitude, enthusiasm and collaboration were evident from the outset and made a positive impact to the team and overall project.
